Kale salad pita bread

Ingredients
Salad
- 1 × bunch kale
- 2 × carrots
- 1⁄2 cucumber
- Dried cranberries
- Goat’s cheese
- Pumpkin seeds
- 3 × falafel
- 1 × pita bread
- Hummus
Dressing
- 2 tablespoon pple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon whole mustard
- 80mL olive oil
- Salt
Method
- Heat oven to 200°C. Heat falafel and pita for 20 minutes, flipping the pita after 10 minutes.
- Dry roast pumpkin seeds and set aside to cool.
- Tear and massage kale until moist.
- Deseed cucumber and cut it and carrot into small pieces.
- Add these together as well as cranberries, goats cheese.
- To make dressing, add all parts of dressing. Stir well and pour.
- When pita and falafel are cooked, fill the pita with falafel, hummus, and salad.
